Do you have a store?

No, I do not have a retail store location. My jewelry studio is open by appointment only. I do have two open studio sales, one in the spring, and one in the fall.

Do you make all of the jewelry yourself?

All of my designs are made by me with the assistance of a part time employee. The initial design process, and creation, is always determined by the artist, Marilu Patterson.

Are your designs 'One of a Kind'?

Some of my jewelry designs are One of a Kind. I will always describe them as such when I display them. Many other jewelry designs have a limited production amount.

How often do you create new designs?

New designs are always being created as an on going process throughout the year.

Can I buy your jewelry at any retail stores?

No. All my jewelry designs are sold in my studio, or at Art Fairs in the USA.

I have some diamonds/colored stones that I wish to incorporate into a design. Is this possible?

Yes, as long as you don't mind working via US Mail if you are located out of my area.

How does the custom design process work?

The custom design process sometimes includes a custom made wax model. This model is created according to your specifications we have discussed together. It is then approved by you, and mailed back to me for any design changes if need be. This process usually can make extent the finished delivery date by a few weeks.

What is the delivery time for custom orders?

Custom orders usually run about 4-6 weeks.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Any purchase can be exchanged as long as there is no damage to the piece. The exchange policy should be within one week after the purchase date. There is a no return/exchange policy on any custom made designs.

Do you have any other type of guarantee policy on your jewelry designs?

Yes. On all of the "Over the Top" Rings I will repair, or replace, any lost or chipped Cubic Zirconia stones at no charge to the customer.

All rings can be sized, or re-sized for FREE for the life of the ring. I prefer you bring my designs to me before you take it to another jeweler for fear of damage to the ring, or stone.

What type of metals do you use in your jewelry?

I work with all types of metal. Sterling Silver, 14kt. or 18kt. Yellow or White Gold. My most recent designs include anti-oxidizing Sterling Silver combined with 14kt. Yellow gold accents.

Any designs can be made with any metal combination ,or colored stone preference.

How do you ship your jewelry?

I usually ship US Priority Mail or by Federal Express 2 day delivery. Shipping charges are determined by the value of the item and location to be shipped to. All shipping charges are disclosed at the initial time of purchase if needed.
